The Wusthof 2944-7 Universal Knife Sharpener can be adjusted to sharpen either standard or Asian-style blades. Each setting provides two stages of sharpening for a total of four stages. Next, the knife can be drawn through the ceramic sharpening slot to finish honing the blade to a refined, razor-sharp edge.
