It features a rotating blade clamp which speeds up the sharpening process and spherical rod guiding system maintains precise angles making it easy for ANYONE to sharpen knives and broadheads. Just One Large Hand Knob Clamps the Blade so there is no adjusting the clamp for blade thickness saving you time.
The sharpener allows for infinitely Adjustable Sharpening Angles - 17 to 30 Degree' The frame is engraved with angle scale in single degree increments. Loosen thumb nut to raise or lower the bearing assembly to any desired sharpening angle.
The new low profile clamp is neoprene lined to protect your blades from scratching or marring, and is marked with two depth lines to assist with repositioning the knife for touch ups. They use beautiful solid cherry wood for the grip and stone holder. Their stone holder allows for quick stone changes of the large 1 x 4 inch stones with a knurled thumb screw system and all their sharpening accessories screw firmly onto the same guide-rod. And it all stores inside the hard-sided case. The case includes soft foam lining in both the base and lid to protect your sharpener and accessories. An additional layer of stiffer foam has cut-outs for the stone carrier, stones, water bottles and holds everything securely in place when the lid is closed - including the included base!

This kit comes with the pistol grip for easy hand-held sharpening. An optional wooden table-top base is available.
OPTIONALBASE
KME's solid cherry wood base for their knife sharpening system holds the KME Knife Sharpening system so you can work from a table top. Simply slide the pistol grip down over the stainless steel mounting rod for added stability during sharpening. It measures 6 x 6 x 3/4 inch, stainless mounting rod unscrews allowing the base to store into the sharpener's case.
