If an item is received damaged we will refund or replace as long as a damage receipt is obtained as proof from the post office. If you need to return because there is a fit issue, please return item in its original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. There are no returns accepted on customized items, unless the item has been received damaged. If it has been received damaged then you will need to provide with a damaged receipt from the post office. Custom orders can be canceled within 24 hours as per shop policies.
